Exclamation After Battery change, CD is not recognizing

After I replaced my car battery, none of my disc are recognizing or highlighted on screen. I hear the radio cd changer constantly trying to sync the CDs but nothing happens. I'm not able to eject cd or nothing. I've been doing research for awhile now but I see no article on this. Please help thanks

You could try a system discharge to reset everything on the car. Disconnect the positive battery cable from the post, then touch that positive cable clamp to the negative post/clamp for ten seconds. Replace the positive cable to the positive post and then go try your stereo again. You will also have to reset your windows and top, if you have a convertible. Probably your stereo saved stations and your seat memory as well.
