My radio will not pick up any stations, just keeps going around and around. I've checked the antena and all seems ok. I've got a 2004 xtype

I have sound when playing CDs but no sound from the radio. I've tried manual and auto tune and get nothing, just goes round and around not picking up any stations. I had the car nearly year and it's always been this way. Getting a bit tired of using the same CDs all the time lol. I believe the car was a business car before I bought. So they might have disconnected the radio if that's possible
