Would this unit work and fit in a 2008 Jaguar XK convertible? The CD system below the existing navigation screen would stay because there is not a CD player on this Alpine unit.

That unit is a 2-DIN, means if fits in the standard double-height radio slot. Our cars don't have that slot.
Plus, you'd lose all the integration within the system for climate, settings, seats, myriad other things.
