Default Aluminum Grill - Fender Louvers 2008 xk

Just purchased aluminum grilles and fender louvers and wondering if anyone has detailed info on both removing old parts and installing the new ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thx in advance

Here is the fender louver instructions: http://topix.jaguar.jlrext.com/topix...d=181&id=70732

I used a flathead screwdriver and worked my way top-down to pry it off. The tabs will break on your existing louvers when prying them off. You can always do a search first to see if there is a topic on it already. For example: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=49185

As for the front grills....my shop had to remove the front bumper to get to the grills. They said that was the only way to remove the grills. Maybe someone else here has done it a different way without removing the front bumper that can share .

hooutoo,
so apparently u had success on the new install? I'm sure it looks great. did u place anything between the Fender Louver & the car? as to not scratch the paint surface...I just purchased a black XK myself & this is most definitely going to be my first Mod. thanks in advance for any help.
