Replacing my O2 sensors all around. 2 upper, 2 lower. 80K mi, probably early, but the waveform appears slower (cycle time slightly longer) on my scope. And I'm picky.
Denso is the OEM for my '07 XK.
All 4 from Denso @ Rockauto: $376. (I chose Rockauto because good probability that units are genuine and the best price. Available on Amazon and Ebay for lower, but can't rely on units being genuine Denso).
All 4 from Jag dealer: $1,344.
Cost for Jag logo: $968. Pay it if you want to, but.....
PN cross reference below, c2 etc being Jag, the 234- being Denso. And, as always, check the dealer parts catalog for supersession part numbers for your particular model. I use the 2013 parts app, so I've found some instances where the PNs are evolved from my catalog. Whatever the dealer puts online is likely the most recent. I also always cross check to the OEM's catalog, since some parts are not returnable and I want to be right.
Best, Panthera

Land Rover use 6 Bosch sensors, 3 per bank at nearly two grand from JLR. Sourced genuine from a well known reseller (not rock auto, bad experience with them) for less than $600 for all.
