I got the same when I tried clicking on 'Post New Thread'.

Not sure if the option is available on a mobile but I then noticed a section at the top of the page titled 'Listing an Item'. If you select the 'For Sale' button then answer various questions it seems to take you through the process of creating a new listing.

"POST NEW THREAD" is for Registered Vendors on the site.

Because CLASSIFIEDS (both Vendor and Member) are closed for new posts and have been replaced by MARKETPLACE.
