I've thought about buying one and rewiring. Rear fog lights not necessary for me, but honestly, I've never bought anything from the UK that didn't take a month to get here, cost 3 times it's weight in gold to ship and even had purchases get stuck in customs.

I’m sorry if I’m dense, can you confirm there is only 1 reverse light? That means when in reverse, only the right side 3 bulb white cluster lights? Then what is the left side light cluster for? I’m very confused.

I think it's a safety thing - only one reverse light, only one rear fog, to avoid any confusion with headlights or brake/rear lights.
