Lincoln's current line up is well penned. I thought about an MKX to replace our Volvo S60 as it is pretty sharp and attractive leasing rates, but we are going a different route now. Lincoln needs to be a rear drive based car company that adds AWD as an option; not FWD with AWD. Makes a difference in the eyes of the consumer; especially on the global market.

It is indeed well penned. There was a bit of drama Bentley openly accusing them of some stuff. They have gone after the same market as Volvo (ironically)...

Which was my point, while they are struggling to gain foothold, they could have simply rebadged the entire Volvo line, which has won critical acclaim worldwide. (only if they still owned them) which is my other point. No way will Walmart buy a specialty grocer and keep it specialty- it will be diluted by Walmart inventory and relations.

BTW the Lincoln and Volvo ads are so similar too its spooky. I was waiting for Mathew McConaughey to back into the guy aimlessly driving a Volvo.

Geely is move clever than Ford; just as Tata is. Between the two; you have some of the sharpest minds who know what they're doing...

I can't wait to see some positive influence from Geely on Lotus!

Looks damn good to me. And yes, short skirts should be priority 1.
