Recently bought a 2011 XK convertible and have the Jag Select Certified Pre-Owned coverage, so I'm good for 6 yrs/100,000 miles, and I was ALSO told the car has a few "open" service items I can take advantage of, including a "Platinum 48 month service."

I live in Los Angeles but did not purchase the car here, and am wanting to set up a relationship with a good Jag dealer service department in the area, but have heard mixed reviews on all of them. Any thoughts? I think I've got to do that 48-month service pretty quick, so sooner the better. I'd be open to anyplace in LA or Orange County.

You may want to speak with Bennett Bennington, the Service Director at the Hornburg Newport Beach service facility. He is very knowledgeable and personable, earning him and his service operation a reasonably good rating on yelp.com.

They are located at 2101 Dove Street, Newport Beach 92660 not far from John Wayne Airport and the 73 and 405 Freeways.
