Default Broken RH Headlight Mount Assembly

The mounting assembly for the RH headlight has become detached from the chassis/frame. All of the tabs for bolting to the frame have snapped. There is no evidence of trauma. It appears to be a manufacturing/quality defect. Has anyone else seen or heard of this happening? The LH unit seems to be intact and functional. Can anyone recommend a source of supply for a replacement?

Look in the venders section. There are several potential sources and at least one gives a discount to forum members. "Vendors" can be found under the welcome box. The heading is the third one in form the right side of the information bar.

Do check eBay as there are several headlight assemblies now listed.

I had one tab break on the LH headlight. I am pretty sure you have to replace the entire unit!

Default Further to earlier post...

I found that tabs can be repaired at a body shop with the right equipment. Body shop tech that the cost will be 2 hours of labor (much cheaper than replacing)
