Default Cabin/pollen filter

I think it’s activated charcoal in the 203? Part is bit tricky to get in South Africa so may have to be patient. I washed it out and looks a lot better. There was about 3 sinkfuls of black water before it looked clean. Yuk.Any reason I can’t keep using until I can find the replacement?

You can still use it, but ...

That cabin air filter was not designed to be washed. By washing it, all or most of the charcoal filtering media has gone down the drain. Sure, it will still capture large particles, but pray 🙏 🙏 🙏 you don't run over a skunk.

If you hit a skunk, no filtration in the world is gonna keep that stink out.

I remember when I was younger, my dad hit a skunk with his truck. That truck just reeked forever. The only upside (if you can call it that) was that my dad could never smell skunk again.
