Can I rebuild my lower front shock bushing?

Is it possible to replace the bushing rubbers with either new or neoprene material ? Or do you have to replace the shock bushing completely with a new one?

I was told by my service center that you must replace the entire bushing. The neoprene is integral to it and cannot be replaced separate.
