Those are 300 km/h cars and much work went into getting the suspension right to safely run at those speeds. What are the chances that some random component changes are going to really improve on the achievements of a good bunch of engineers led by Jaguar's legendary Mlke Cross? Good high-performance cars rarely need such modifications.

 

Check the inside of the rims!
It is not rare that a small bump can make a damage.
Also check if there are many balance weight on the rims.
If so, check the rims.
