Certificate of Conformity
Hi everyone,
As my Jaguar will most likely move with me from Dubai to Europe, I'd need a certificate of conformity... rumors are that there is a form of some sort?
any experiences in requesting this?

And I'd like to know if England still has any of the EU requirements and laws and such dictating this since they ran away from the EU.
Which country are you moving to? That may make a difference.

Looking at Spain.. so would need it to get permission to enter the low emission zones in the big cities..
Contact Jaguar and ask them what is possible. Cars for the European market conform to COC rules and it appears that for Dubai, their equivalent are the ECAS rules. These might be mutually exclusive or all cars meet both without modifications. Only the manufacturer can say and directly issue an equivalent certification. Otherwise it will have to be a homologation, which might be more complicated than it first looks, depending on which parts are geography-specific like E-marked light fittings, etc.
