Default Chirping sound heater

Today, very hot, and when I started, got this odd chirping sound, did not change with fan speed, must be vent control or stuck vent flapper, anyone else have ideas, 2008 XKR Coupe
I have had water from Duck bill issue in the past, but was able to cut it to help drainage.
I suspect it will get worse as that is usually the case!

It may be the aspirator, a little doohickey behind the dash where it looks like it'd be, because nothing else would be there. Those things get dirty and sometimes make noise.

Last time I had a mysterious sound from dash, it was a low quality CD. And they keep turning 1-2 minutes after you turn off listening

This is a great clue, will check out, several other notes on Google search is pointing to device, another jag item that is a mystery gadget, does not look too pricey to replace
Your help is very much appreciated

A person can usually just clean it gently and have it work properly again. Even a distant shot of canned air gently aimed at the slots could help immensely.
