Default Chrome fender louvers

I would like to get a set of chrome fender louver covers for my 08 XK. I am looking at the Adamesh product. Would anybody advise against getting these...anything from quality to issues with shipping? They are quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else I found.
Thanks.

Thanks.
Not often anyone accuses Adamesh of being cheaper.

Delivery could be a little slower than normal. Domestic by all carriers is taking longer with UK "lockdown" and I've had some lengthy delays on imports so export to US could be similarly delayed. Not suppliers or carriers fault - it's just likely to be a result of the massive increase in online shopping during the pandemic.

I suppose the phrase "less expense" would be more appropriate.

I placed the order yesterday. I sent an email asking if they were operating and received a response saying yes, with reduced staff, but that the order would probably be processed today. Hopefully delivery won't be terribly delayed.

That sounds positive. The increasing difficulty for many suppliers here, especially with vehicle parts, is the supply chain and being unable to re-stock. Their reply suggests the parts are available.

This has me kinda curious...My 2010 XKR came with chrome fender louvers. Were there certain years that came factory with them? Or Optional?

I believe they came on the XKR but not the XK.

The 5 litre cars came with body colour vents with a small horizontal chrome piece and the all chrome vent was an option:

Huh, interesting. Guess the original owner splurged in the Jaguar catalog. I never noticed before, but mine also has the chrome 'Supercharged' hood vents (I googled the part number from above), I just assumed they were standard. Thanks for the learnings.
