Minnesota Statue, Collector status, No more than 500 in US with body or engine style in one year. At least 10 years old.
I am beginning to work this issue with my XKR Coupe, 2008, I think getting the data now is better sooner rather than later.
I am almost positive my vehicle would meet this test, and it would allow me to get the ugly plate off the front. Of course, here in Minnesota, we say nothing is allowed!
There is general data on number of XK's but not broken down.
I need help where to start the search on getting the data so that in a few years I will be ready.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

 

Don't use a front plate and let the chips fall where they may. In MA, front plates are mandated for all except the obsolete "green plates". I have not used the mandated front plate in over a decade.

For inspections, I use double stick tape to put the plate on the front bumper.
