Don't know exactly what you're looking for but when I was perusing my local Craigslist in PA underneath in the "nearby" section I saw that there is a 2009 XK Coupe (N/A) British green with caramel interior in Hudson valley New York with 11k miles on it. No affiliation.
. Does anyone know where to find what colors were made in what years?
From the Nigel Thorley book - sorry the edge is blurred. I didn't want to crack the spine in the scanner. The headings for the last two columns are 2013 and 2014.
I hate to dispute Nigel’s great book, but the 2013 XKR I pictured above (post #30), was Italian Racing Red (CAH paint code).
No, it's my fault. I didn't scan the next page, which has the rest of the "specials", which include Speed+Dynamic Pack and Black+Dynamic Pack. Italian Racing Red was available for 2013 and 2014 production years for those variants. (and also Stratus Grey, apologies to XKDreams.)
I suspect Jaguar were fairly relaxed when they took orders towards the end of the line as my car (post #22 above) is a MY2014 in Italian Racing Red with the black pack, but not the dynamic pack - which contradicts Nigel's book...

Where is Shadow Grey? It was exclusive to the North American market 4.2L 2009 XKR Portfolio Edition models.
I want to know why "Pearl Grey" is very nearly black, while Lunar Grey is almost Hyper Silver. Maybe the color namers put a bit of vodka into their tea.

Thanks so much ~ I tried all the links provided and they came back BLANK (no **** for me, I guess)

Thorley's book is very UK-centric. He makes mention of the 4.2 XKR Portfolio Edition in the book as being available from March 2007, with Celestial Black being the standard colour, and Liquid Silver being a UK (and Swiss) market option.

Ours is pearl grey, and in certain angles the paint has a pearl / purple look, in direct sunlight its a darker grey and in the shade its almost metallic black.

Beautiful XK.
Maybe it’s just me, but it is very hard to discern between Pearl Grey and Lunar Grey.
