Default Coolant hose routing

Just out of curiosity, is the coolant hose (the braided one running forward from the header tank) laid correctly where it passes the s/c cooler connections? It looks a bit clumsy there to me.

I don't have my cover on right now, but in my version that line goes beneath those two connectors.

Thanks! I suspected something was up. Reassembly in the wrong order, or replacement without further disassembly, by a previous incumbent I guess.
