OK, so was looking at the underside if my rear hatch on my '07, and notice a 1 foot by 4 inch indentation with two plugs molded to the liner.

First thought is that this is where Jag would have mounted the emergency triangle on the Euro models.

Is this correct?
Also where was the First aid kit stored?

Yes, that is where the emergency triangle would go (if we had them). I looked it up in the factory service manual.

I've never noticed that, will look next time.

Maybe only fitted on the continent though.

 

I just put the part question out to Nalley Jaguar, so will hope to get an answer soon.

It was the same way on my Audi. Really nice triangle, and storage location, but not sold on the US cars. Could still order it at the dealership so I did.

Want it for the Jag too...
