It’s been several years since I’ve been on here, life got in the way. I went out to drive my ‘09 XKR the other day, it’s sits a lot, and the touchscreen is dark. I can see the screen if I use a flashlight but it’s dark enough to be useless. It lights when I unlock the car and stays lit for about 15 seconds and blinks a couple times and goes dark.

I’ve searched the forums and everywhere else I can think of but I can’t find anything really recent. I’ve tried all the recommended solutions including disconnect the battery and rebooting. My battery is a couple years old, always on a maintainer and running at 12.8v.

I know this has been an issue in the past. I’m looking for the latest suggestions, can it be repaired or is there a replacement available? I saw a few replacement ideas in some older posts but I don’t know how they are working out.
