Dashboard lights illumination

Can the green dashboard lights on my 07 XK be better illuminated?

Have you turned the controller on the lower left of the dash to bright if u push on it it will pop out and you can turn it

If so then no, there's not much to be done. I have pics in my build thread of the cluster taken apart. Jaguar installed a big layer of plastic between the gauge display and the LED behind it and it seems to diffuse and dilute the light that projects through. The 'lamps' are surface mount diodes (LED's) and they shine very bright on the warning lamps but not the gauge circuit.
