My handbook discusses digital radio and describes how to access but I don't seem to have it. I have the Premium B&W Audio system. Am I missing something?

 

If you are referring to HD radio, it was an option that you may not have.

I am not quite sure what HD radio is. I have a 2012 XKR and when I turn it to a major station is will say like 97.9 HD1 and then you can do 97.9 HD2... is that the HD radio option that came with the XK and you have to pay extra for in the F-Type to access?!?

 

If is says HD you have it. You don't have to pay to access it. It is a crisper/clearer sound, but it can also cut out at times. I have it listed on my MSRP window sticker. I believe it was a $500 option.
