Default E 1 fault message on Alpine CD

Need some help please. My CD changer gives a fault message E-1 on the head set. The instruction says, go to your dealer. I think one CD is blocking the change to another CD. Does anyone know a fix on this?

What year and model car? I would assume it's an X100 (1996-2006) model. If it is, try ejecting the cd cassette in the trunk, and then shove it back in and try again. This usually works.

I is 1 2000 XKR. And i already tried to remove the cassette in the trucks. The cassette stays in the player and won't move.
