I recently bought a low mileage 2010 XKR convertible. Someone replied to me make sure the Eaton Supercharger had the TSP done. What is a TSP? This is an acronym I’m not familiar with. Thanks

 

He probably said or meant TSB - Technical Service Bulletin.
There is at least one TSB for the supercharger on the 5.0 V8 (Eaton TVS 1900R) regarding a worn and rattling coupler or torsion isolator, see here for some info about this problem: How to replace an Eaton Supercharger Coupler : SuperchargersOnline, Worlds largest Supercharger Resource. Search these forums especially the XF, XJ and F-Type sections and you should find more including the exact TSB number.

 

Thanks for the info. I will get it done ASAP as I don’t want to have to rebuild the whole supercharger.
