Default Ever see your rooster tail

Well yesterday I was at a golf outing and later in the day we had a few wild thunder showers. After we finished the dinner I started to drive back home (about and hour) and noticed in my side view mirror a small rooster tail coming off of the rear tire. As I went from the 40 mph mounting back roads to the highway it was funny to see the tail grow. At 60 mph it looked pretty cool during the downpour. Just an observation and by the way the Conti DWS a great job. 2nd time out in the rain but not a scary as the Dunlops.

+1 on the DWS06 Contis. I recently put them on my XJ and, so far, am very pleased.

Got no pics but it would have been a pretty go show if I had a go-pro on the back. Don't know if I could have taken a good pic looking through the side view mirror . I guess you need to be there and see it yourself.

Pics would be lovely, as for the Dunlops, i replaced mine a while back for another set and can't fault the tyre in any way, i find the tyre issue interesting as just yesterday i was driving home in a torrential downpour (and as i live in one of the wettest countries in europe) an Audi RS4 Avant Quattro, in a gorgeous blue pulled out from a junction in front of me, we were on a twisty back road and i could see him watching in his mirrors, as some of you might know the Audi is one beast of a car and the Dunlops did me proud. He took off at speed so the only answer was to go with him. For a back wheel drive and the year my car was able to stick with him quite well even though he had four wheel drive. About 2 miles of nice driving we then came to a t junction, he was going right me to the left. We pulled up be side each other and complimented each other on our cars. Think having the spacers gives the front better turn in in the wet. For me the Dunlops are as good as any top marque tyre out there. I was thinking of the Conti's as a lot of members have changed to them but the Dunlops are my choice.
