Have owned my XK for two months now. This forum has been a godsend as to understanding the quirks associated with Jaguars in general and especially the XK/R models.

As I am a daily viewer to this forum and a daily driver of my car it seems that the preponderance of posts relate to the performance/technical aspects. Not a bad gig as I am about to replace the exhaust with a Mina exhaust thanks to what I've read here.

I'm curious if there is any interest in a dedicated thread for those of us who are technically "challenged" and are just interested in dicussing the basic nuts 'n bolts of owning one the these rascals.

I certainly understand that the opprtunity is available on this general XK/R forum but I don't want to infringe upon others.
