Default F-type pictures are out

Go to Edmunds.com and look at their Straightline blog. Looks good, now I want to see the coupe.

From the pictures I hope that the actual car looks better, very disappointed! I think the XK looks much more classy and classic. Think it looks too Japanese bit of Honda S2000 in it.

Can't find anything new on the F Type there...

Can you provide a link to the pics you are referring to?

Jaguar F-Type: This Is Definitely It

I actually like it quite a bit. Looking forward to seeing it in person. And having that terrible problem of figuring out how to get one! O.O

Interesting. Really curious to see what it looks like with a roof.

Too many cars from Japan to Italy have an S2000 looking front end. Who would've thought the S2000 would define the look of so many cars after it.

Looks nice and I think it is a significant development for Jaguar, but why did they have to give it a V6!

Looks awesome, and is more focused on performance than the XKR. Stunning, more nimble size and weight, 550 hp V8 coming...what part of that winning formula don't you get?

"A front-engined, rear-wheel drive convertible, three models of F-TYPE will be available. Powered respectively by 340hp and 380hp versions of Jaguar’s new 3.0-liter V6 supercharged engine and a new derivative of its 5.0-liter V8 supercharged unit, each F-TYPE is engineered for pure dynamic driving reward and stunning performance."

I wish they would give it a manual transmission option. That is, if they are really calling it a "sports car".

They need to make this model with a manual trans option if they really want to take a bite out of Porsche.

It is rumoured that the coupe will have a manual transmission option.

WHAT. Maybe I should hold off on an XKR then. Putting a stick in a car like that would really make it an amazing car that couldn't be beat!

Looks kinda awkward up front at that angle. But I trust Ian Callum. He seems to know what he's doing!

The coupe looks a lot better, but the wheels look a bit too big, like a hot wheels think I would go a size smaller.
