Default FM / Bluetooth Issues

I ask this same question in the general tech area but here it goes here since other XK owners have seen the same issue. My FM radio constantly searched with just static and the Bluetooth does nothing when you hit the search button. Are they both in the same module and where to find a replacement for these? Is there anyone who rebuilds them?
Thanks all

Different modules... but does AM work? There are known problems with the radio antenna/aerial located inside the rear spoiler not doing any receiving.
Bluetooth modules occasionally go bad.
First thing first though, try a Hard Reset just for grins.
Search for "hard reset" on jaguarfuroms

Thanks for the reply. AM does not work either. Just constant searching. XM does work. I will try a hard reset and see if that works. If I do, I have heard possible issues with other electronics having to be reset, seats, windows, etc.

Thanks Justin,
This XK is one of the best looking cars I have owned. I’ve had BMW’s, Mercedes C63, Honda S2K, Corvette. Loved them all but this one turns the most heads! The C63 turned heads with the sound and when all they could see was the tail! Brutal!

The static could be from a bad antenna connection. It's inside the rear spoiler. See:
https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...tation-280587/

Bluetooth is for phone calls, not for music. To play music from your phone wirelessly using Bluetooth, you'll need an aftermarket adapter. If you have an iPhone or iPod, that'll play music using the wired connection in the armrest. Read your Owner's Handbook.

Read this 2020 thread:

I use an old iPod to play my music in my 2009 XKR, with steering wheel controls and touchscreen functionality. It's primitive compared to today's systems, but it works fine for me. Here's how I did it.

Thanks for the info. I will check the antenna first. I did get a Bovee 1000 to connect my iPhone and it works just okay. It won’t play Amazon music as it plays one note then goes back to pause. Had to pay for Apple Music at $11 month to have streaming music. As for phone connection, there are no stored phones and when you hit the search, it does nothing. Does anyone know where to get a good Bluetooth module?
