Frozen Infotainment Display Screen
Hello,
My infotainment screen (radio, climate, NAV) is frozen, locked with the Jaguar logo on the screen. The battery was dead so I replaced it yesterday. Anybody know how to bring it back to life ??
Thanks for the help.

The first thing is usually to Charge the Battery with a 10-amp charger. It is probably low, as every 'new' battery has sat around for months before being sold.
While that happens (battery totally disconnected from the car) touch the car's battery cables together for a few seconds and then let it sit for the 12+ hours it takes the battery TO charge.
THEN, if you still have screen problems, we can address further actions.

I'll add that if you don't have a 10 amp charger, bring the battery back to the auto parts store and tell them to put a full charge on it. They will do it, no problem. Don't try to do it with a battery maintainer or trickle charger.
I had my "infotainment centre" out today to repair a balky ashtray lid, after reinstalling the unit I discovered the radio didn't work, but other functions (C/D , navigation) did. Remembered reading on the forums (here) that niggly little quirks like this can be resolved by exiting the car then locking car. Upon reopening, got all functions back O/K. Worth a try. Other option is "hard reset" (remove battery cables, short together ≈30-or-so seconds and re-attach).
