Default Has anyone used an electronic throttle controller?

I thought these devices like pedal Commander and the like really would add a lot of fun to the Driving Experience, but has anybody actually installed one and had any luck with it.?

All they do is recalibrate the throttle curve to add more throttle sooner. You can do the exact same thing with your right foot...... push it down harder.

If you watch the videos people really seem to like them. If the throttle body opens faster it won't make any more horsepower but may increase the quickness of the car. I think the 5.0 very mushy under acceleration

WOT is WOT. How could a throttle curve modifier change WOT? Answer: It can't.
Those gadgets fool people into thinking something is better, because now 1/4 throttle pedal would then equal 1/2 throttle on the engine. SEEMS quicker, of course. It's a trick of the brain.
Again, Just Push the Throttle Pedal Down More.

Also a "trick" employed by some tuners to make the user "think" they've got more power...
