I have a XKR 2003 and the headrest is stuck in the extended position. when I push the switch there is a motor activation but nothing moves. unable to manually move it. Any ideas on how to lower it without
tearing the seat apart?

 

Push the little button-tab thing on the top of the seat back next to the headrest post. No button will control it, completely manual. You MAY be playing with the inflatable Lumbar control.

Also, you posted in the wrong forum, this one (X150) is for the newer models. You need the X100 forum.
