Hi everyone I have a 2007 sorry 2008 XK 27,000 mi well taken care of but when they put the air on it doesn't put out cold cold air can somebody out there please let me know what the problem might be I believe I put a new thermostat in 3 month 3,000 miles before

Obvious first thought - have you had the A/C leak checked and re-gassed?
