No , no , no I got the car serviced for the 1st time I have owned it. I decided to select Albany NY Jaguar to get the service done as they are only 75 miles away and easy to get to. I set up my appointment on their web site and was contacted within 24 hrs. by their service consultant. Got there at 11AM and we loaded their system with my car and verified my information. We went through the CPO info and based on my service history they needed to do an oil/filter change , brake system flush , NY state inspection and 3 SW updates from recalls. They also had to do the top switch but had to order it and will get it done when it comes in. They also gave me the standard multi-point check of the total car (just a look over type check). As I would expect everything came out without a problem and the car was done by 2 PM. For a loaner car I was given a 2015 XF 3.0 AWD sedan with 150 miles on it. Great car with good power but I gotta admit it still wasn't as smooth as my Lexus. Also it had the stop start feature which I had to turn off as I didn't like it. The 8 speed transmission was very good and it would never get into 7 or 8th because of the speeds I drove it in. So all in all a great experience and I will use them and recommend them as my dealer. They also were impressed to see an XKR in IRR which they never saw or ordered at the dealership. Oh they did wash and vacuum the car and without any swirls or marks . Just an FYI

 

Oh I forgot to mention the cost of the service was 0 dollars. So somehow they managed to cover it all either with Jaguar or they were nice to me so I become a return customer.
