Default As I search the web

As I continue to search for a 2012 XKR convert. I have noticed something that I didn't see during the year. This may be a little off topic but just my observation. As Ford sold off the Jaguar , Rover , Aston Martin groups back in 2007 I didn't follow what transpired. While looking the other day at one of the dealers who also sold Aston Martins they had a few used ones. Now early in the year I liked the front end styling of the new Ford Fusion but until now didn't know how the design came about. So it looks like Ford must have copied the AM design from the AM line. I was considering possibly an AM convert. but the XK lines are more of my liking. Just my observation.

Yes, there's something very Aston about the current Ford grille 'look'. Underlined by this little travesty, the AM Cygnet, based on the Toyota iQ:

It looks rather similar to the Ford Fiesta:

And every other car in Ford's line up!
