update: I called one final time after sending an email this morning and I finally got some tracking info out of them,...
Who knows, maybe I lucked out this time,..well see what happens though the packages are scheduled to arrive next week.

 

Man sorry to hear about that, believe me I've been exactly where you are right now and its not fun. If you used your CC you can easily get a charge back I've had to do it one to many times but Citibank takes care of it no questions asked.
