I have just damaged one of the interior lining panels see picture. I would like to know whether this can be repaired or whether it has to be replaced. If the latter where would I find one? Surface damage can it be repaired Shows location of damage
My son has that exact same damage on the 2007 XKR he just bought. I suggested he get it fixed, but to HIM, he says he never folds the seats forward and nobody gets into the back, so why bother? He DID use a black sharpie on it though, to get rid of the contrasting color.
Can be repaired. There is a service my local Aston dealer uses to repair leather. I am sure it's the same service other exotic marques use locally when a customer needs the same kind of repair. I would ask your local exotic car dealership's service manager if they know of the same and could schedule.
An upholstery shop may be able to get it done too.
I would try the repair route before going to the next more expensive level.

I've REMOVED THE POLL from your thread. As you are seeking more advice than a simple A or B selection, it was inappropriate.
Several members (including me) have used their leather dye kits on seats with good results so I'd expect their leather and vinyl repair kits to be equally effective.
