After seeing more pictures, it's too busy for my tastes. I prefer the Speed/Black Pack with the hotted-up engine. I would be curious if Jaguar can do a custom build for prospective customers.

Pretty close in 10 seconds of searching via Google:

No question some wings look better than others, but the bodywork on the XKR-S is overworked, overdone, and, as another pointed out, this isn't a Nissan GT-R!

So do these cars also look like Ford Escorts?

Lets try to keep in mind we are looking at essentially a race car. Looks play a secondary role to function!!

Jaguar loaded up the XKR-S on its car configurator. There is a new color, Italian Racing Red in metallic. That one looks really inviting. Starting price is $132K.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't! Critics claim that Jaguar has been living off of it's past for far too long and that the brand had become stodgy. Now when thay try to add some excitement into the mix they are accused of being too "Fast & Furious". If this was a Lambo, Porsche, Lexus, Nissan or Black Edition Benz, etc. it would probably be praised.
