The other day i was over my BIL's house and he was covering his 63 Corvette for the winter. Hanging off of his ceiling was the hard top . So I was thing has there been any aftermarket company who has developed a hardtop for the XK convertibles. It was just a thought .

 

Hard tops are primarily used when the convertible top is only one layer thick with no sound proofing or insulation (ie Miata, Honda S2000) and for the most part were a PITA (such as the Mercedes SL) as it took two people to put them on and hopefully not scratch the car or drop the top. I highly doubt anyone would have made one for the XK
