Lambo doors
I and dreaming of changing my doors. At 6'2" it can be a bit of effort to extrack my 210 at 74 years of age. Any body that may have done this I would love to speak with. The internet shows my XK Coupe with the doors, pretty HOT looking. Check out the picture below.

This is something you should try before doing.
Listen to the grunt on this guy trying to get in.
Lamborghini's that use vertical doors have the entire system designed to make it work correctly.
Conversions done to other cars do not have this advantage. Most conversions are really awkward in use.

I bought a used 66 E-Type back in 1968 and kept it for 5 years. The dreaded rockers rotted out so I sold it . Was my DD in all weather. The door sill was pretty wide so I had to sit on the sill then slide backwards onto the seat. Then bring my legs in. Getting out was the reverse.

Rather than jack your car up with a Lambo door mechanism, hang some pipe insulation foam covers from your garage ceiling using some string. Make it mid door level to match the door sweep to protect the car next to you in the garage. It works great an is simple to pull out of the way.

I get in as Ralph and Stuart suggest. It works getting in and out, even when I can't swing the door all the way.
