I need to replace the lower pulley AJ811117 on a 4.2 supercharged, but it's basically impossible to find. There are lots of used pulleys off land-rover 428 ps engines with code LR002446. It it possible to install this one instead or do they have different mountings?

Front cover and oil seal should be replaced to accomodate RR 4.2sc pulley. The RR's front seal itself have much bigger ID and OD

 

So I need to bolt on 4H236019AA front chain cover + 4526537 oil seal and it will all fit? Do I need to reprogram it afterwards?

 

Basically yes, but IIRC you'll also need to drill some holes in a front cover and tap a threads in it.
No reprogramming needed.
