Have you gandered at the new corvette price sheet?
I recall you can buy some fake CF on something for the vette that cost more than I might pay for a car!

I dunno, I'd probably pay more than $200 for just about ANY car...

ACTUAL Carbon Fiber is a bit more. Still not ridiculous though...

Part"S". Both vents, both rocker trims, rear spoiler and front splitter are listed as the items.

.... and not even an attractive color. It looks like spray can undercoating.

It doesn't seem like the V12 Vantage or DBS will ever come down in price, while the McLaren MP4-12C, although not as pretty or modern-looking as a 570S, has finally dipped below $200k. This is a far cry from the $250k-plus you'd expect for a V12 Vantage or the $300k-plus for a DBS .

Any feedback from owners in regards to maintenance on both manufacturers would be appreciated
The DBS is not much different from a DB9 or db11.A Mclaren mp4 have it's own unique look that's different from modern McLaren's even tho it's older and might be just as fast às the modern ones or faster even tho they have less horsepower

The active suspension (full hydraulic system) on the MP4-12C would be crazy expensive to replace when they fail. Similar to the Mercedes SL55 and the Soarer / Lexus SC400, Lexus GX470 active suspension just with exotic car part prices!!

that just means…. “you have to pay, to play”.
A person with a budget tapped out to maintain a corvette, is not in the league to maintain an Aston.
Sadly, I would have to solve my sailing addiction to enter into that game… decisions, decisions.

That's funny as the Mp4-12c is the McLaren I personally want. They nailed the design the first time IMO. The later ones have such a bug-ish quality to me.

I can't get over those headlights. Major insect vibes. Which is also why I hate the taycan.

As opposed to, timeless supercar design
