Has anyone here had experiece with them? Are they reputable?

Specifically - do the body parts they sell fit well and do they deliver as promised?

I have bought two exhaust systems from them and they fit without any modifications.

Some here claimed that they needed some modification but those who contacted Mina got whatever issues they had resolved with them, others took it upon themselves to resolve whatever fitting issue there was with the exhaust.

I have not bought any body parts but I have just left a message for Chris this morning to order the CF front splitter and hood inserts.

From my dealings with Chris I am confident that they fit satisfactorily or he will make good or I will be able to return.

I have delt with Chris over the last 3 years And found the parts excellent and as described, and Chris is a man of his word. Highly recommended. Bernie

I had what I thought was going to be a bad experience that turned out to be excellent customer service. I ordered a wind screen from ebay from Mina. I didn't receive the order for over a month and requested my paypal charge back. I also sent a note to the seller telling them of my disappointment. I got a call from Chris (Mina) the next day apologizing for the problem. Because of the problem he shipped out another unit at a reduced price and on next day shipping no charge to me. In the package was a chrome Jaguar licence plate frame and a Jaguar key chain as a token gift for my frustration. I called him and thanked him and said the gifts weren't necessary . He was happy to get my return business. I asked him what happened and he said he had received 2 orders when I ordered my unit and expected a shipment of the wind screens the next day. When the units came in he shipped them right out . Neither one of the units were ever delivered. He still does not know where they are and the USPS can't find them either. He made good for me and I will have no problem ordering anything from him.

Thanks guys. The customer service follow up is horrible but as long as I get what I was expecting all will be fine. I placed an order Tuesday and am still waiting for a tracking number or confirmation number since he said it shipped. Every day they say they'll send it "in a little bit" but I'm still waiting for the email. It's more frustrating to not get a return call from voice mails or responses from emails.

This makes me nervous after spending a few grand on an order.

I am having the RS side skirts, front splitter, and performance exhaust put on as we "speak." Can't wait. They are located about 10 minutes away, so shipping wasn't an issue.

Bought my exhaust system from Mina.

I happen to love the quad tips you XKR drivers have and could not do a respectable add on. The Mina was a simple bolt on. Sounds sooooo much better than the stock muffler. Top quality and my exhaust tips look much better than your oem ones.

Great service and support.

Best,

Thanks for the comments guys - it makes me feel less anxious. My experience is much different since they haven't followed up or done anything with regards to communication or follow up they've promised. It just makes me nervous and a little angry when a company says they'll send something out "in a little bit" and each day they promise to get it done but nothing happens and no communication to explain the delay. I can't even get them to return emails - this was consistent before I was upset.

R_Rated,
Mina's office is just a few blocks away from the shop doing the work on my 2010, so I'm nearby almost everyday. If I can be of any help by stopping into Mina a nudging them a little bit, please let me know.

Actually - any chance you have time to stop by today or monday? They have a part that they're not sure what car it is for and it would help to find out if it's for the 2010 XKR.

R_Rated,
I stopped by Mina, this afternoon, and spoke to Chris. He said he spoke with you earlier in the day, and that the X-pipe was not for XK series. If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.
Ted

Yes. He did call and follow up with an email. Mina had some issues and we not above and beyond to make it right.
