Question Mina Upper Grilles for 2007?

Anyone have some good close up's of the Upper Mesh Grille for Jaguar XK (OE Style) '06+

Here is the Mina upper screen. It is not as open as the OE but, rather good quality and installs easily over the existing screen.

So, for the OEM screen, the bumper has to be removed and is "the only" screen. The Mina is installed over the original screen, right?

I'm getting the OEM wire upper and lower grills for my 2008 portfolio, they should be arriving sometime this week.
They're a lot more open than the Minas and replace the original grill not go over it. (The look is a lot more like the pre-2007 XKR grill).
I'll post photos here when its done.
It might not exactly be this week as I'm thinking about getting the grills nickel-plated before they get fitted, so they're super bright like the 2010+ plastic grills are.

Stock Grille Before: (sorry its blurry didn't check the photo until after I had the grille changed but you all know what a stock grille looks like).

OEM Wire grille After:

The difference is amazing. The 2008 stock grille is horribly plasticky and you don't really notice how much it brings the whole car down until its gone. The 2010+ stock grilles don't look quite as bad but they are still plastic. A real wire grille looks nicer again by a long way and just more classy and authentic. Until 2007, R versions of all Jag models always had actual wire grilles. As a long time Jag fan, even the nicer 2010+ plastic grille looks too cheap and just plain 'wrong' in my opinion. By putting a wire grille on (especially as its an OEM part) I feel I'm just correcting the job that Jag themselves failed to do right this time round.

While passing the Bentley dealership, I noticed their 2012+ Continentals apparently have mesh grilles made of exactly the same nasty plastic mesh as the 2010+ XKRs. I'd be REALLY pissed if I'd paid $200k+ for a car and got that.

For others thinking about this: Wire Main grille jag part number: C2P17354 Lower Grille: C2P9190
Cost $251 + $189 through my local jag dealer but I found too late you can get them significantly cheaper on the interweb.

I also had just the badge mount chromed to match the grille wire as it comes with a dull finish. (cost $25 at my local chromer). The badge+mount are easily removeable (just 2 bolts) incase you prefer the plain grille look.
