lol ghostrider the funny thing is uptown girl also posted the same article earlier...in one way it sucks they are on that list...then you look at the least expensive cars...what fool would want to own any of those? then you also remember you get what you pay for...lots and lots of joy! the viper is kinda junk though, and rovers meet a diff purpose (RR sport holds its value amazingly well!) im prob getting an XJ next, i guess thats why we have warranties right?

RE: Most Expensive Cars To Repair
Oops....didn't know uptown girl posted the same article.Went to see the GTR and the Viper SRT10 Coupe as my friend is looking into one or the other and the GTR's Maintenance is expensive (brake replacement at $4K every few years, Tranny Flush around 1.5 years at $1K) and suprise the Viper is on the list. He had the Viper GTS and really was bulletproof. I remember hearing my SL65 must have spark plug change at 5 years at a cost of $8K-$10K. My mechanic friend at the MB Dealer said it's really not necessary until misfire occures....lol. Gotta pay to play I guess.[sm=partyparty.gif]

Wow. $10,000 for a spark plug change!...This is frightening....i guess they have to remove the turbo/supercharger & the intake manifold to access the plugs. Does anyone know if the XKR has the same sort of spark plug non-accessability?
