New headliner needed at 13,000 miles.
Well, after 7 years of ownership, with only 13,000 miles on the odometer, the first sign of a small area of the headliner pulling away is evident. I know that once it starts, it progresses fairly quickly. I've already had some places on the A pillar trim pieces and the sun visors showing loose material. I got a quote from a local upholstery shop for the A Pillar and visors, but now I'll be needing a complete headliner. I was referred to this shop from a member of this forum and they seem to have a good reputation. I have that light color "suede" material and am fairly certain the shop will get the material for me.... just wondering if it will be a close match to color and texture and approximately what I should expect as a fair price for the entire headliner, including all the trim pieces and sun visors. Although I'm not thrilled about the replacement, I was expecting it, as so many owners have similar issues. Any idea of approximate cost? Thanks all.
Mileage is irrelevant.
If your headlinerstill looks good, except for where it is beginning to fall down, reuse it. Take your car to a local trim shop who can remove and reinstall it. See Posts ##12, 14, and 15and in this thread. Call Palm Park Auto Upholstery in West Palm Beach.

I will never get a headliner done again without first seeing the material they are going to use for color match. I now have a 2 tone interior. Me pissy about it. Until that issue the upholstery shop I use has been double thumbs up. Never again.
