Added a 2009 XKR Portfolio convertible. First Jaguar, mostly MBs in the past. Still have ML350 along with my CL600. Have a cool pic I will post when I allowed.

Love how my 4 year old pronouces Jag U Arrha.

I found the forum looking for car seat options. Although a tight fit for legroom in the back, most booster seats fit with no problem.

Welcome to our humble forum. Please post pics! How did you come about being a Jaguar owner? Was it the only car you were considering or did it beat out a few others?

Welcome! I can still fit my 10 year old in the back seat of mine. But my 12 year old shakes his head and refuses to try.

+1 welcome! You'll find a lot of helpful information here, such as to always lock the car even when garaged to save the battery. Hope you enjoy your Portfolio cvt as much as I've enjoyed mine!

This was one of those random purchases, did not look at any other cars. Wife always liked the new model XK. We traded 2010 e350, not really a comparison.

I like the sportier feel than my CL600 and the exhaust note is truly something special. I have already found the fuse19 trick to leave it open, but have not had the courage to try it yet.

I, too, procrastinated for fear of screwing something up. Don't worry, you won't. It's very easy to do and takes only a couple of minutes; the hardest part was finding fuse 19 after pulling the cover off. It's the second from the top in the center row and is red (10 amps). There's a fuse puller tool in the fusebox. This is all set out in your owner's manual, or you can read the manual on line at this link: TOPIx - TOPIx Just scroll down the left side to Fuses and read from there.

The exhaust note is fairly quiet under light throttle, but gets much louder as you put your foot in it. I prefer it without fuse 19, but if you don't, it's easy enough to put it back in. There's only one way to find out...
