Default Congratulations & Welcome!

Wowser! That, my friend, is one very bad kitty! That fabulous shade of red, that beautiful saddle interior, those kick-*** wheels ... what a total package! Enjoy her and always keep her sparkling. If I would have had that when I was 18 ... I would have been born in 1995 instead of 1948! Not fair!

I guess I'm not the only one who was blown away by this color combination!

Terry,
Great color combination. Like someone already said - Jag nailed that red.

Welcome and what a beautiful color on that gorgeous body. As you can see on my avatar, I'm really partial to deep red/burgundy cars (XKR, Pantera, 280Z). Congratulations!

NICE car, that's a great color combo! I am also biased towards the deeper red color, and that dark dash in brown is sweet.

Welcome and enjoy your new ride!

What is the difference between your Carnelian Red and my Italian Racing Red? They look very similar--have you seen them side by side?

Thanks. I haven't seen them side by side, but there's an XKR in my condo that is a brighter red, which might be the Italian Racing Red. I believe that the Carnelian Red is a deeper red. Some of the pictures were taken in very bright sunlight, so the red appears brighter.

Sounds like the Carnelian Red may be similar to the old Claret, which is a little less bright than the Italian Racing Red.
