I just picked up my new (to me) 2013 Jaguar XKR yesterday. This was pretty much an impulse purchase, as I wasn't in the market for a new car. I had never even really seen an XK/XKR that I can remember. I was checking my e-mail and those side ads that pop up, you know? This car appeared. I clicked on that ad, and now about 10 days later, I'm an XKR owner. Isn't it amazing that the Internet knows what you want even before you want it? LOL.

Here are the details:
2013 XKR with these options: Dark Mesh Grille and Aluminum, Performance Active Exhaust, Performance Seats, Special Paint (Italian Racing Red)
Clean Carfax, no accidents or damage reported, only one owner
Just under 60K miles, always serviced at the same Jaguar dealer, 30K and 45K mile services completed, already had 60K mile service completed
Clear Bra
3 keys and all original paperwork (even original window sticker)
Dealer installed two new rear tires (Pirellis)
Bought for just under $30K

I live in Maryland, this car was up in Pennsylvania. I took the train up yesterday, picked it up, and drove 100+ miles home. The car drives like a dream....so powerful, beautiful exhaust note, super smooth ride, handles great. It is in excellent condition, only a few small problems/blemishes. For example, the R badge on the rear is missing...weird. I'll search the forums and start discussions to get help with the other (hopefully) small problems. I did not notice anything mechanically wrong or strange on the test drive or drive home. No rattles, bumps, strange noises or anything. The car drove perfectly.

The pics are from the dealer, I'll get around to taking some of my own soon.

Looking forward to discussion with the community.

Pat
that thing is BEAUTIFUL!Don't know why the badge is missing off the rear, but you do have yourself a rare XKR judging from the seats, exhaust, and the wheels it have even tho it didn't come with the black pack big spoiler.I bought the bigger spoiler and put it on mine. But judging by the pics, yours looks good without it

Barry, thanks. I think it is pretty rare, which is one reason that I jumped on it.

MLRjr, thanks. Yeah...I saw the red color with black rims, then the seats...I had to get it.
