Hey guys please advise, my rear passenger window won't go up, I can hear movement or noises but won't move,can the rear window passenger side come off track,please help any advise would be greatly appreciated, I have no clue what to do,
I have an 07 XK

 

just had the same problem drivers side, broken cable on the window regulator. sent it to window motor world in Florida

 

I had Window Motor World in Florida replace mine too. I called them up and had them send me a replacement. I then sent my broken one back for a refund of the core charge in the box they used. More than likely you will need to cut the cable on your broken one to get it out because the glass needs to be up to extract it. I was very pleased with Window Motor World service and price. It's now better than new, Good luck.
